Instructions for submission of manuscripts for Plenary and Oral presentations

Manuscripts for invited Plenary and Oral presentations and abstracts for Poster presentations will be published in the 2010 IDF Mastitis Conference Proceedings, available to delegates and for sale worldwide.
In order to plan the preparation of your poster please note the following information:
1. There will be one poster per board.
2. Boards will be velcro receptive. Please bring sufficient velcro to support the weight of our poster. You will only need the hooked (looped) velcro.
3. Posters should measure A0 (1189mm x 840mm) and can be either in landscape or portrait format.
The poster boards are 1200mm wide by 2300mm high so the A0 dimensions are a maximum MUST not be exceeded
Posters will be on display throughout the conference with viewing times at lunch on all three days.
It is essential that you email (idfmastitis2010@tcc.co.nz) an electronic version of your poster prior to 21 February 2010.
