Welcome Reception and Corporate Symposia Day registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at that day's Conference sessions for the nominated day
  • Conference name badge and satchel
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea on the nominated day
  • Luncheon on the nominated day

Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you on receipt of your payment.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person.  Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full Conference fee, less an administration charge of NZ$75.00) will be made, providing notification is received by 21 February 2010.  After that date, no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the 5th IDF International Mastitis Conference Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
